Minnesota Supreme Court reverses conviction of dad who failed to pay child support February 15, 2014

This is important because..a non custodial parent can provide food ,clothing,shelter,transportation,medical care ,child care etc and still be charged with ‘non support’ if there is a malicious custodial parent  or overzealous DA..sometimes its all about cash..


Attorney Michelle MacDonald and Family Innocence filed an amicus brief in this case.
